gamephp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamephp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gamephp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through gamephp's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For disputes involving amounts of ₱50,000 or less, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings to be conducted in English in Metro Manila.
